My daughter-in-law works for the Park service in the Grand canyon and my son is a riverboatman with well over a hundred trips down the Colorado River. You obviously mean Britain; I had Inuit kayaks more in mind, as I had hoped Britain could avoid fighting both the Americans in Greenland and the Russians in Ukraine (once the alliance has fought to the last Ukrainian and coked-out mercenary). But perhaps Navy Seal snipers will spot them coming and be able to thaw their trigger fingers in time to shoot back.

Britain hasn't enough of a Military to even dent Russias Military, even after they've fought to the Last Ukrainian. Taking on both will just speed up our defeat, and no doubt be a laughing stock for centuries.

I knew very little about this event until recently, I had always heard of the mountain meadow massacre, yet I never knew the details. No one here talks about it. It is truly horrifying, LDS settlers carried out the same ruthless, and unforgiving acts that equal the savagrie you describe in your article, and we are witnessing in the middle East. I am disgusted, and appaulled by the deceitful banner of a "civilized, free, democracy," that our Empire hides behind.
IMHO America has been a colonial empire for most, if not all, of its history. First within North America, then South America and the Pacific, and following WW2 the whole world. It does (did?) have the best propaganda machine in known history and has fooled most of us, me included. I have worked for the three letter fifth column thinking I was helping my country in becoming democratic. In reality all we were doing was leveling the field for American corporations and agencies to take over, as they know how to handle democracy to their advantage. My family suffered due to the Soviet occupation and the ensuing communist regim imposed in 1947, but the actions of the US government have made me think the Bolsheviks were maybe not as bad as I thought. All this wouldn't have been apparent without the advent of the Internet and without people like you. This true patriotism.
