«Because, at the end of the day, it is not about the sound of their voices that matters as much as the intent behind the sound»
The voice of US-American Scott Ritter must bring a smile to the face of every Russian who knows Scott Ritter. They know that this man is consistent, sincere, credible, likeable and sympathetic (Google translation). Beat Wick, CH
Schriftdeutsch:
The sound of our American voices is much less a trigger for hostile response by Russians than the fact that our psychotic have done everything possible to destroy their country.
Add Ameriphobia, Frenchaphobia, Anglophobia, and phobophobia (caught from FDR). I have a strong case of Anglophobia; I can't listen to an English accent without getting ill. Same with French accents. Movies and Television shows that feature actors with either accent can be good, even great, but I wouldn't know because I can't watch them. I can't even stomach recordings of C.S. Lewis even though I love his written works. Same with Winston Churchill
Thank you, very informative Scott, so that's why I've hated certain sounds throughout my life, for me it's sirens, crying babies, and 'screechy' women, never knew ... Misophonia! I'm getting a Pavlovian response to just typing them! (really).

It would be very useful to have subtitles to help my old ears. Is that expensive to arrange?
Where can I get a transcript of this interview? I want someone to read it because that person isn't able to listen to it by hearing it. Deaf. Thanks.
